The prevalence of SJMS is reported to be 0.01%, with most cases occurring in children and only a few cases in adults. Therefore, SJMS associated with primary lung cancer is extremely rare. Left Upper Lobe Lung Cancer With Swyer-James-MacLeod Syndrome
