Existing dispatching methods commonly face issues of heavy communication burdens and vulnerability to data leakage. In this regard, a noniterative decoupled dispatching method for interconnected power grids is proposed, aiming to achieve secure and efficient scheduling of interconnected power grids while ensuring data privacy. Utilizing the multi-point approximation method, an accurate equivalence of the nonlinear operational constraints of the external network is achieved. The analytical cost function related to tie-line transmission power is reformulated based on the polynomial chaos expansion (PCE), replacing the operational cost of the external network. Moreover, a bi-level adaptive update strategy for PCE is proposed to enhance the accuracy of the cost function. Based on the equivalent operational constraints and reformulated cost information, a noniterative decoupled dispatch model for interconnected power grids is constructed to protect data privacy and ensure the security and optimality of operation.
