Findings highly compatible with miliary tuberculosis. 摘要

老年人结核病的症状不具有特异性，导致就医延误；导致诊断不足和治疗延误。我们报告一例90岁男性，自主。因虚弱、厌食和未量化的体重减轻而就诊。过去两个月活动能力下降右下肢疼痛水肿。补充检查胸部x线示双侧弥漫性网状结节型，多普勒超声心动图示右股腘轴深静脉血栓形成，肺CT血管造影示双侧广泛小结节型伴浸润，其中1例空化，纵隔淋巴结病变。结果与军旅结核高度吻合。72h后结核PCR培养呈阳性。虽予抗生素治疗，出院后3周再次就诊，临床恶化，多次呕吐，黄疸，胆红素增高，高转氨酶血症，提示抗药所致肝毒性。
