Neutron-Induced Fission Cross Section of 237Np up to 500 MeV
The angular distributions of fragments and the fission cross section of 237Np by neutrons in the energy range from 0.3 MeV to 500 MeV were simultaneously measured using the neutron time-of-flight spectrometer GNEIS at the Petersburg Nuclear Physics Institute, National Research Centre “Kurchatov Institute.” This paper presents a brief description of the experimental setup and compares the data obtained with the results of experiments performed earlier.
