The HVD is intended to house power supply equipment, high-temperature and High-Voltage water treatment systems, and various diagnostic devices. It must maintain an insulation voltage to ground at a direct current (DC) level of -400 kV, satisfy mechanical support requirements, and effectively shield against electromagnetic interference.This paper presents the electrostatic simulation design for the HVD, conducts static structural and seismic analyses, and finally evaluates and validates the design based on the simulation results.
