摘要

背景与目的在肝移植后双管吻合胆道狭窄的病例中，双管支架植入术对于维持移植功能是绝对必要的。方法采用经皮胆管镜辅助汇合ERCP治疗胆管镜引导下导线通畅及经皮经肝胆道引流失败后难以吻合口狭窄。结果经右前段胆管和右后段胆管支架置入术成功完成胆道引流，并扩大狭窄。术后随访吻合口狭窄完全消失。结论血管镜辅助汇合内窥镜逆行胆管造影技术是治疗移植后困难的吻合口狭窄的合理选择。
