The 3-dimensional vision, efficient wristed suturing, and precise movements of RANU offer advantages over laparoscopic nephroureterectomy (LNU). In addition to the expected benefits with reduced perioperative morbidity, available oncological outcomes are comparable to data associated with other published series.
