Legislation relating to complex healthcare pathways has evolved, with local services supporting healthcare professionals. Healthcare pathways include the medical, psychological, social and environmental needs of each patient. New coordination support facilities is to help practitioners in their care in order to refocus them on their core specialty, in a patient-centered approach.
