A dual enrollment checkup

As more high school students start in dual enrollment programs, disability services offices need to be prepared. Recently, the Association of Higher Education and Disability hosted a webinar where Teressa Eastman of Butler County Community College, Meri Faulkner of Spartanburg Community College, and Michelle Mitchell of Lehigh Carbon Community College highlighted a number of points DS offices need to make sure they understand to keep things running smoothly. Some of these aren’t DS's responsibility, but maintaining communications with all relevant players can help to make sure colleges are meeting obligations. And it may make your office's work easier.
