This paper focuses on automating the insertion of key information into a database based on the analysis of document workflows required for the development of a timetable generator. Managing the necessary data is the most challenging and time consuming aspect of building a timetable generator. The primary objective of this work is to optimize the process of inputting critical information from all relevant documents into the database, which contributes to the creation of a functional timetable.
