This manuscript explores various innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing drug delivery to the brain, particularly through the use of nanotechnology. This paper discussed the application of Solid Lipid Nanoparticles (SLNs), dendrimers, and Polymeric Nanoparticles (PNPs) in targeting the Central Nervous System (CNS) to improve bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy. The findings indicate that these advanced delivery systems can enhance brain penetration, reduce Amyloid-Beta (Aβ) deposition, and improve cognitive functions in animal models of AD.
