Structure and Magnetic Properties of the Medium-Entropy GdTbDyY Alloy
A multicomponent rare-earth alloy GdTbDyY with a single-phase hexagonal close-packed crystal structure was synthesized. It was found that this alloy exhibits two magnetic phase transitions at temperatures of 140 and 201 K.
