In this letter, we propose a method for detecting pedestrians and their movement direction passing between Bluetooth devices equipped with direction finding functions. As a result of the evaluation, pedestrians could be detected with higher accuracy (F-score 0.929) by combining received signal strength indicator and AoA than when using each alone.
