摘要

目的：影像学评价跨越钢板技术治疗AO 2R3C3型桡骨远端骨折，合并或不合并其他固定方法的术后疗效。方法：回顾性观察研究评估了14例患者，年龄29至80岁，于2021年11月至2022年6月期间接受了骨融合术。对于x线摄影测量，定义了以下参数：尺侧倾角、掌侧倾角、桡骨倾角和台阶关节。结果：关节桡侧倾角平均值为13.70°，掌侧倾角平均值为0.85°，尺侧倾角平均值为0.60mm，关节步长平均值为0.78mm。结论：跨越钢板内固定是治疗桡骨远端复杂骨折的理想选择。证据等级IV，案例系列。
