This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role and functions of a valuable assistant in robotic surgery.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>The first author has garnered over 10 years of experience as an assistant at a high-volume urological center, where more than 10,000 robotic operations have been performed.
