Furthermore, resilience (β=0.27, <i>P</i>=0.001), age (β=0.26, <i>P</i><0.001), welfare satisfaction (β=0.17, <i>P</i>=0.003), and communication ability (β=0.16, <i>P</i>=0.031) influenced nurses' intention to keep their jobs. The regression model was statistically significant (F=24.94, <i>P</i><0.001), and the explanatory power was 29.4%.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Nurses' intention to keep their jobs can be strengthened by improving their treatment, welfare, and communication abilities.
