摘要

本文基于2012 - 2023年中国30个省份的面板数据，采用双向固定效应模型实证探讨了农业生产托管对城乡收入差距的影响及其机制，并探讨了农村人力资本的调节作用。结果表明，托管缩小了收入差距，在中西部地区的效果更强。机制分析表明，托管制度通过技术进步和效率提升提高农业全要素生产率，最终缩小收入差距。此外，农村人力资本对这种影响起到正向调节作用。根据研究结果，提出了针对性的对策和建议。
