However, tendon trauma on the bursal layer, which may cause tendon retear, is a defect of transtendon repair. Arthroscopic “mini-incision” transtendon repair combined with tri-anchor double-pulley suture-bridge (DPSB) repair is a pragmatic surgical technique.
