In this review, we examine the scope of neurological sequelae in survivors of pediatric CNS tumors, with a focus on clinical manifestations, evaluation methods, and management strategies. Key areas discussed include neurocognitive deficits, endocrine dysfunctions, cerebrovascular complications, and secondary malignancies.
