After dendritic cell injection, the levels of CD4 + T cells and Treg cells in the spleens of mice were significantly increased, and the levels of IL-2 and TNF-γ in the peripheral serum were significantly increased.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>Injection of mature dendritic cells induced by mouse prostate cancer cell RM-1 antigen can inhibit the growth of prostate cancer.
