The 8 P's of project management.

Abstract: This article introduces a comprehensive tool and framework, the 8 P's of project management, that can be effectively implemented in healthcare settings. Structured delineation is made with eight key components: patients, plant, pennies, period, providers, people, programs, and policies and procedures. A patient-centric approach to providing quality care is the foundation for successful projects in healthcare.
