摘要

本文采用贝叶斯网络模型、灰色关联分析法、层次分析法、三级模糊分析法等分析方法,建立了燃煤电厂风险评价指标体系和动态风险评价模型。结果表明:从“人机环境管理”的角度出发,运用灰色关联分析法确定了较为完整的燃煤电厂风险评价指标体系,共包含4个一级指标、15个二级指标、63个三级指标;利用层次分析法确定各层次指标的权重,将计算结果纳入后续贝叶斯网络模型,将贝叶斯模型由静态模型转化为动态模型;然后将计算结果带入NETICA软件进行计算,得到原始贝叶斯网络模型,并进行反向推理分析和灵敏度分析;通过对比分析,B1(管理人员)、B8(设备设施管理)、B10(工作环境危害)、B14(双重预防机制管理)、X4(人员“三违”情况)、X20(设备变更管理)、X43(振动危害)发生显著变化。因此,在实际操作中应加强管理,为电厂实际生产管理提供理论依据。
