Working with conference planners for maximum efficiency.

Abstract: Successful conferences are more likely to occur when presenters actively collaborate with conference planners. Although no "best practices" were found, we share our experiences and recommendations to support this collaborative relationship. We emphasize timely communication and preparedness.
