AAPM-RSS Medical Physics Practice Guideline 9.b: SRS-SBRT

The purpose of this Medical Physics Practice Guideline (MPPG) is to describe the minimum level of medical physics support deemed prudent for the practice of linear-accelerator, photon-based (linac) stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) services. This report is an update of MPPG 9.a¹ published in 2017. Recommended word count: up to 7500. -Review Articles: Reviews of major areas or sub-areas in the field of clinical medical physics. These articles may be of any length and are peer reviewed. -Technical Notes: These should be no longer than 3000 words, including key references. -Letters to the Editor: Comments on papers published in JACMP or on any other matters of interest to clinical medical physics.
