The effect of nursing workload and patient acuity on missed nursing care among NICU nurses in northern Jordan

Objective

However, high workloads and unfavorable work environments can lead to missed nursing care. This study examines the impact of nursing workload and patient acuity on missed nursing care among NICU nurses.
