FⅩⅢ deficiency is divided into hereditary FⅩⅢ deficiency and acquired FⅩⅢ deficiency. The diagnosis of FⅩⅢ deficiency requires testing for FⅩⅢ activity and antigen, with confirmation through genetic testing. Due to the instability of fibrin clots caused by FⅩⅢ deficiency, the clinical features of FⅩⅢ deficiency include umbilical cord bleeding, soft tissue hematoma, recurrent miscarriage, cerebral hemorrhage, and delayed wound healing.
