To better promote the application of cross-linking in the clinical treatment of corneal and scleral diseases, exploring controllability and predictability of the surgical efficacy are both important for evaluating the surgical efficacy and personalized precision treatment. In this paper, the progress on the cross-linking depth of riboflavin-UVA collagen cross-linking, and its relationship with the cross-linking effect will be reviewed. 核黄素-紫外线A (UVA)胶原交联不仅在治疗扩张性角膜病变、大疱性角膜病变、感染性角膜病变以及角膜屈光手术联合治疗等角膜疾病方面取得了良好的临床疗效,而且其在巩膜胶原交联中的有效性和安全性也得到了初步证实。为了更好地促进交联技术在角膜巩膜疾病临床治疗中的应用,探索手术疗效的可控性和可预测性,对于评估手术疗效和个性化精准治疗都具有重要意义。本文综述了核黄素- uva胶原交联的交联深度及其与交联效果的关系的研究进展。为该手术在眼科临床的进一步应用提供参考。
