Microsecond Dynamics of Photоluminescence in Graphite-Like Carbon Nitride
We presented the results of studies of the intrinsic photoluminescence (PL) of graphite-like carbon nitride g-C3N4 in the microsecond time range, synthesized by annealing urea at temperatures of 400–600°C in air. The dependences of the emission components on the synthesis temperature and the delay time of the spectra recording under pulsed excitation are studied. The spectral features of PL bands in the emission spectra with maxima of 2.43, 2.61, and 2.82 eV are analyzed.
