非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是一种发病率和死亡率都很高的恶性肿瘤。人参皂苷具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,可抑制肿瘤细胞生长,促进细胞凋亡。本文通过CCK8、集落形成实验、流式细胞术、荧光染色实验、Western Blot等方法研究了人参皂苷CK对NSCLC 95D和NCI-H460细胞增殖和凋亡的影响,发现人参皂苷CK能够显著抑制非小细胞肺癌的生长和增殖,并明确其作用机制是通过线粒体凋亡途径实现的。为肺癌等重大肿瘤疾病的治疗提供了新的思路。
