Abstract: Male breast cancer (BC) is a rare but clinically significant disease, accounting for approximately 1% of all BC diagnoses. This article examines the unique risk factors, including genetic mutations (such as BRCA2), hormonal influences, and social determinants of health that contribute to the incidence of BC in males. In addition, this article highlights the need for improved awareness, targeted screening, and tailored treatment strategies to address the distinct challenges faced by male patients with BC.
