Knowledge of this relationship is crucial when designing strategies and interventions to enhance collaboration and improve nursing practice and outcomes.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This is a systematic review of 19 articles. Two independent researchers extracted and analyzed the data from articles that met the inclusion criteria.
