Six muscles (gastrocnemius medial and lateral heads, soleus muscle, tibialis posterior, flexor digitorum longus, and flexor hallucis longus) were identified as the main targets for the treatment of LLS; other lower limb muscles were injected in fewer than 15% of patients.
