Clinical nurses from 1 hospital system in the northeast were offered the opportunity to participate.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>In non-Magnet hospitals, nurse leaders' transformational leadership behaviors were strongly correlated to clinical nurses' structural empowerment (r = 0.831, P < .001).
