Curio is a robust spatial transcriptomic tool that facilitates high throughput comprehensive spatial gene expression analysis across the entir e transcriptome with high efficiency. Here, we present a bioinformatics protocol for performing whole transcriptome gene expression analysis of mouse brain tissue using Curio.
