The volatile substances of <i>P. gnaphalodes</i> are dominated by calaminene, 2-phenylpyrazole-3-amine, 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene, 1,8-cineol, 2-hepten-1-ol, 2-methyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)-(<i>E</i>)-1-bromohomoadamantane, 7-acetyl-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-5-isopropylbicyclo[4.3.0]nonan. <b>Conclusions:</b> It was found that the biological efficiency of 1.0% concentrations of the studied plant species extracts against <i>Aphis pomi</i>, <i>Myzus persicae Sulzer</i>, and <i>Callosobruchus maculatus</i> after 24 h of exposure was 100%, as in the experiment with the use of the insecticide cypermethrin. 目的:研究采自乌兹别克斯坦共和国境内的丹参(Pulicaria salviifolia)和麻樟(P. gnaphalodes)两种植物汽油馏分中挥发性物质的化学成分,并比较其对害虫的杀虫活性。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用方法,首次对两种药材地面部位挥发物组成进行了研究。结果与讨论:丹参的主要成分为β-松油醇、异戊二烯醇、ledol、水合sabine、l-石竹烯、terpinene-4-ol、d-kadinen和α-amorphene。其挥发性物质主要为鱿鱼烯、2-苯基吡唑-3-胺、1,3,5-环庚三烯、1,8-桉树醇、2-庚-1-醇、2-甲基-6-(4-甲基苯基)-(E)-1-溴同金刚烷、7-乙酰基-2-羟基-2-甲基-5-异丙基双环[4.3.0]壬胺。结论:所研究植物提取物浓度为1.0%,与使用氯氰菊酯的实验一样,对蚜虫、桃蚜和斑蚜的生物效率为100%。当剂量降至0.1%时,牡丹提取物的毒性高于丹参提取物。

Chemical Composition of Volatile Components Pulicaria salviifolia and P. gnaphalodes and Their Insecticidal Activity

Objective: The aim of this work was to study the chemical composition of the volatile substances of gasoline fractions of Pulicaria salviifolia and P. gnaphalodes plants, collected on the territory of The Republic of Uzbekistan, and to study their comparative insecticidal activity against the number of insect pests. Methods: The composition of volatile substances in the ground parts of two species was studied for the first time, using the GC/MS method. Results and Discussion: It was revealed that the predominant substances of P. salviifolia are β-terpineol, isospatulenol, ledol, sabine hydrate, l-caryophyllene, terpinene-4-ol, d-kadinen, and α-amorphene. The volatile substances of P. gnaphalodes are dominated by calaminene, 2-phenylpyrazole-3-amine, 1,3,5-cycloheptatriene, 1,8-cineol, 2-hepten-1-ol, 2-methyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)-(E)-1-bromohomoadamantane, 7-acetyl-2-hydroxy-2-methyl-5-isopropylbicyclo[4.3.0]nonan. Conclusions: It was found that the biological efficiency of 1.0% concentrations of the studied plant species extracts against Aphis pomi, Myzus persicae Sulzer, and Callosobruchus maculatus after 24 h of exposure was 100%, as in the experiment with the use of the insecticide cypermethrin. When the dose was reduced to 0.1%, the toxicity of P. gnaphalodes extract was higher than that of P. salviifolia.
