It is not clear whether PSIS can lead to liver cirrhosis.</p><p><strong>Case summary: </strong>This paper reported a case of liver cirrhosis of unknown origin. The patient was admitted to Beijing Ditan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University in November 2023.
