They were 6 boys and 5 girls. Two patients were aged more than 10 years at the onset of the disease. Symptoms in the chronic stage were mucocutaneous bleeding. One patient developed post traumatic cerebral hemorragia. Three patients had severe form, and required second-line therapy. Two patients requested Eltrombopag with good response. One patient had spontaneous recovery after 3 years of follow up.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Management of chronic ITP represents a real challenge for pediatrician. 摘要

目的:本研究旨在报告突尼斯南部一个中心的慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的流行病学数据、临床表现和管理情况。方法:回顾性研究收集突尼斯南部儿科在 13 年内(2010 年 1 月 1 日至 2022 年 12 月 31 日)所有 14 岁以下儿童中的慢性 ITP 病例 结果:在研究期间,记录了 72 例新诊断的 ITP;11 例患者演变为慢性 ITP(12.5%)。其中 6 名男孩,5 名女孩。两名患者发病时年龄超过 10 岁。慢性期的症状为粘膜出血。一名患者出现脑外伤后出血。三名患者病情严重,需要接受二线治疗。两名患者要求使用 Eltrombopag,但反应良好。一名患者在随访 3 年后自发康复:慢性 ITP 的治疗对儿科医生来说是一项真正的挑战。目前,有一些建议和指南可以指导严重型慢性 ITP 的治疗策略。
