Nursing student insights: How clinical experiences shape perceptions and career decisions.
Abstract: This survey, which was distributed to nursing schools across the US, explores nursing students' perceptions of interactions with nurses during clinical experiences. This article discusses the findings, which support the importance of fostering more positive relationships among clinical nurses and nursing students, provide important implications for nurses and nurse leaders, and guide future research.
