Er:YAG has high water absorption, which results in less thermal damage, allowing for quicker healing and fewer complications.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Management of rhinophyma can remain challenging; however, ablative lasers are an effective treatment. Both laser types have promising outcomes, each with different advantages and complications. In particular, Er:YAG presents fewer complications compared to CO2 lasers.
