摘要

利用ELISA、Western blots和免疫荧光技术，我们在18例血友病患者中的4例和1例艾滋病患者中检测到淋巴结病相关病毒/人淋巴细胞病毒- iii (LAV/HTLV-III)血清阳性。4例血清阳性患者均接受阿玛公司制备的第八因子治疗。血友病患者都没有症状。鉴于这些将LAV/HTLV-III引入中国的文件，一项国家监测计划正在进行中。
