Herein, we provide an overview of the synergistic relationship between bioinformatics and AI, elucidating their pivotal roles in deciphering complex biological data and advancing precision medicine and, in particular, endocrinology. We explore various applications of bioinformatics and AI in medical research, including genomic analysis, drug discovery, disease diagnosis, and personalised treatment strategies.
