High expression of TNFR2 was significantly correlated with poor overall survival (OS) [hazard ratio (HR), 1.76; 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.37-2.27; P<0.001] and disease-free survival (DFS) (HR, 2.75; 95% CI: 1.92-3.92; P<0.001). The expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 is correlated with the prognosis of cancer: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
