摘要

淋巴瘤相关嗜血细胞综合征病情凶险，进展迅速，尤其是在NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中。MINE方案是侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种挽救性治疗方法。本中心采用改良MINE方案治疗了3例继发于侵袭性NK细胞白血病和T细胞淋巴瘤的嗜血细胞综合征患者。改良MINE方案对NK/T细胞淋巴瘤有良好疗效，能控制继发性嗜血细胞综合征的炎症状态，且耐受性良好。
