This study chose high quality studies and encoded them to do meta analysis. After heterogeneity testing, sensitivity analysis and publication bias test, it has been found that facilitating conditions, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence are the main factors affecting the use of artificial intelligence by teachers and students. At the same time, national regions, group identities, application fields, application stages, and tool types play varying degrees of moderating roles in influencing factors.
