After 6 months of program participation, mean A1C decreased by 2.4 ± 1.9% from baseline to 6-month follow-up (from 9.4 ± 1.7 to 7.1 ± 1.2%, P <0.001). There was a clinically meaningful and statistically significant improvement in CGM metrics as well.
