Introduction: Pain can be intense after orthopedic surgeries. To improve analgesia and facilitate early mobilization, regional anaesthesia in the form of interscalene brachial plexus block is often used along with general anaesthesia for arthroscopic shoulder surgeries. Here we have studied postoperative analgesic effect of ultrasound guided interscalene block with Inj.
