摘要

医务人员在履行为患者提供医疗服务的职责时，必须遵守职业道德规范。然而，如果发现医务人员实施堕胎，那么这就符合刑事犯罪的要件，应按照《刑法典》（KUHP）关于无一例外禁止堕胎的规定以及《印度尼西亚共和国 2009 年第 36 号法》的规定追究其责任。因此，本文旨在分析实施产科流产的医务人员的刑事责任。
