The research was conducted using a validity and reliability sample of 30 people taken from a total population of 385 people, while the research sample was 196 people using the Slovin method. Data processing uses SPSS version 26 software. The data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that partially working environment variables has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定和分析工作环境和工作动机对员工绩效的影响。采用的研究方法是定量研究法,使用李克特量表对变量进行测量。数据收集方法包括问卷调查、访谈和文献资料。研究采用斯洛文方法,从总人口 385 人中抽取 30 人作为有效性和可靠性样本,研究样本为 196 人。数据处理使用 SPSS 26 版软件。数据分析技术采用经典假设检验、简单线性回归分析、假设检验和判定系数。研究结果表明,部分工作环境变量对员工绩效有显著的积极影响。部分工作动机变量对员工绩效有明显的积极影响。
