本文主要从积极和消极两个方面分析第四次技术革命对工作以及人力资源管理的影响。受技术影响的工作主要有五个方面,即工作的未来、社会保障体系、工资和收入不平等、工作质量、社会对话和劳资关系。推而广之,考虑到提高招聘、绩效评估、员工发展和决策的效率,技术甚至会对整个人力资源管理产生重大影响,同时也会带来一些弊端,如隐私风险和不被信任的感觉等。
