New forms of digital interaction and information exchange pose various challenges to businesses and push them to adopt digital solutions. The ongoing hostilities between Russia and Ukraine in the Middle East and the resulting economic uncertainty have prompted companies to radically review the value chain in their business strategy. \nThe purpose of the research is to determine the challenges in the transformation of business management in the conditions of digital business in order to avoid delays in the creation of the value chain of the business strategy of Georgian firms and to meet the rapidly changing needs of consumers. \nIn the paper, the methods of gathering, grouping, analysis and synthesis of materials were used to reveal the problems of digital transformation of modern business management. The method of gathering materials was used to evaluate the possibility of transformation of business management, and the method of observation was used to reveal the potential of digital transformation of business management. Davit Katamadze E-mail: qatamadze.davit@bsu.edu.ge Associated Professor,Batumi Shota Rustaveli state University Batumi, Georgia https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2992-9326 摘要:在现代世界经济全球化和全球化的条件下,消费者口味的快速变化、商业管理环境、数字化转型的加速给企业的商业活动带来了革命性的变化。新形式的数字化互动和信息交流给企业带来了各种挑战,并推动企业采用数字化解决方案。俄罗斯和乌克兰在中东地区持续的敌对行动以及由此带来的经济不确定性,促使企业从根本上重新审视其商业战略中的价值链。研究的目的是确定在数字化商业条件下企业管理转型所面临的挑战,以避免格鲁吉亚企业在创建商业战略价值链时出现延误,并满足消费者快速变化的需求。本文采用收集、分组、分析和综合材料的方法来揭示现代企业管理数字化转型的问题。收集材料的方法用于评估企业管理转型的可能性,观察材料的方法用于揭示企业管理数字化转型的潜力。在此基础上,确定了企业管理数字化转型的潜力,并分析了其实施的可能性。研究结果确定了阻碍企业管理数字化转型的因素,消除这些因素将有助于提高在格鲁吉亚运营的企业的竞争力,并提高企业员工的素质水平。为了消除现代企业管理数字化转型过程中出现的问题,我们提出了一些建议,考虑这些建议将大大提高在现代格鲁吉亚运营的公司的竞争力和管理水平。 关键词企业管理、数字化、全企业转型、在新业务中创造更多价值。 JEL 分类:M11: M15: IT, M2

Abstract: In the conditions of globalization and globalization of the modern world economy, rapid changes in consumer tastes, business management environment, acceleration of digital transformation have brought revolutionary changes in the business activities of companies. New forms of digital interaction and information exchange pose various challenges to businesses and push them to adopt digital solutions. The purpose of the research is to determine the challenges in the transformation of business management in the conditions of digital business in order to avoid delays in the creation of the value chain of the business strategy of Georgian firms and to meet the rapidly changing needs of consumers.
